I am late, internet crashed last night before I could type up my blog. Glad it did in a way, because I had a frustrating day and my blog post would have been a rant.
Which brings me to a helpful tip for dealing with at least stress, that a friend posted up on Facebook last night.
Hot Baths that are not only relaxing, but apparently have many health benefits. I will include a link I found to information.
This I believe is my shorest blog post to date, but I need to get ready for work, so I leave you with thoughts of hot baths, and essential oils.
